ζήτησα να μου αμπαλάρουν ένα ψυγείο και να μου το φορτώσουν χρεώνοντας μου ως extra κόστος και η απάντηση τους ήταν ότι έπρεπε να το έχω έτοιμο και έξω από το σπίτι , προσπάθησα να τους εξηγήσω ότι ήταν αδύνατον γιατί πρόκειται περι ηλικιωμένων ανθρώπων αλλά δυστυχώς η κυρία υπήρξε αγενέστατη
μάλλον έχουν κορεστει πλέον από δουλειά και δεν θέλουν άλλη
θα σύστηνα ανεπιφύλακτα να απευθυνθείτε σε άλλη μεταφορική!!

Σε μεγάλη παραγγελία επίπλων, είχαμε ειδοποιήσει μέρες πριν ότι ως εργαζόμενοι το πρωί δεν μπορούμε να είμαστε σπίτι για παραλαβή και μας έλεγαν "εντάξει θα το κανονίσουμε" και μας καλούν Δευτέρα πρωί ότι είτε θα τα φέρουν μεσημέρι, είτε θα τα γυρίσουν στο κατάστημα να βγάλει άκρη μόνο του.... Να πρέπει δηλαδή να χάσεις τη δουλειά σου για μία παραγγελία???? Αν τώρα αυτό θεωρείται καλή εξυπηρέτηση...
Not at all happy ... In a large order of furniture, we had notified days before that as workers in the morning we can not be home for pickup and they told us "okay we will arrange it" and they call us on Monday morning that they will either bring them at noon or return to the store to make ends meet on his own .... Do you have to lose your job for an order ???? If now this is considered good service ...

Ενώ είχαν πληρωθεί για μεταφορά μέχρι την είσοδο του σπιτιού.
Σε μονοκατοικία αφησαν τα επιπλα στο δρομο, ενώ ήταν 2 άτομα λέγοντας κιόλας ότι έχουν πρόβλημα με την μέση τους.
ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ.Ασε που μας ρωτάγανε αν έχουμε αγροτικό για να παμε να τα πάρουμε από το πρακτορείο!!!!
Τοτε τι την πληρωσα την μεταφορική ρε μεγάλε? Για να γεμίσει η αποθήκη σου?

UNACCEPTABLE. They asked us if we had a farm to go and get it from the agency !!!!
Then what did I pay for the transport? To fill your warehouse?
