We had a great room, great view and the location is stunning. Room spotlessly clean. It a great location, not far from main strip, beaches, and being up the hill gets you way from noise of road. The walks to and back from beach is fine, yes steep on way back but plenty of places to stop and catch your breath. Even a small church which is beautiful inside. Cats everywhere, loved and look after by locals and tourists. We love the resort and have been a few times. The beaches are calm, restaurants in area are consistently good, I can't fault the resort. So why the poor review. The tranquillity was totally spoilt by the lecherous manager at the pool. He had a karaoke night which went on until 1am - other adults and kids were there, so we went to bed and left our teenage daughter as is was close to room. He took a shine to her, plied her and another girl with free shots/drinks and somehow convinced her to go skinny dipping and when he had the opportunity to strip off himself and grope her. Thankfully, shes a strong character so it went no further than that, but as you can imagine she was beside herself. The TUi staff were young and felt uncomfortable about the whole thing, so when we raised it they did not take it any further. And the following days we noticed the same, Arthur is a wanderer and womaniser - it would be less uncomfortable if he had a taste for women his own age. So for the rest of the two weeks we ended up going to the olive garden for swim / food and Arthur made us feel even more uncomfortable about this, and he continued to be leery with other visitors. All in all, awkward and uncomfortable for 11 or our 13 day stay. The olive garden is beautiful, the staff were understanding. Great food.

Not being told what time you are due to be out of your room when your not packed isn't any good for business

Loved our stay here, the staff were amazing and very accommodating. The cleaner was absolutely lovely with our little girl! Very reasonable food and drink prices at the bar and a lovely baby pool. Could do with a few more toys and things in the 'park/playzone'. I would definitely visit again

Very clean and newly refurbished room. Good size room and double bed. The views are amazing. We walked up and down the hill at least 4 times a day, OK its gets your heart rate going and we had to stop a couple of times to get our breath back. (we are in our late 60's). We would definitely come here again, could not fault the entire holiday.

Lovely place with great staff. The ground level studio rooms aren't very private, to sit out, or at least ours wasn't, but besides that they are roomy, well furnished and the facilities very adequate. The shower and bathroom look pretty modern. We didn't opt for air conditioning so our windows were left open overnight, which meant the noise of the other units could be quite disturbing to our sleep, although the bed was very comfortable. The pool and pool bar are very inviting with a lovely view across the water to Lixouri. All in all, a nice base with excellent views. Just be prepared for that bloody hill down to the bars and restaurants, or should that be up!! You won't be disappointed staying here though. A solid 4.5 ⭐ if Google would allow half stars.

Fantastic, the views are amazing and the hill wasn't that bad. Plenty of sun beds available. The pool was coldish but it was only May. Apartment lovely and clean, towels and bedding changed regularly, cleaned well too. Pretty well equipped kitchen, but do take a tea towel with you. Artur and Marie were so welcoming and helpful, bar snacks good value and always tasty. They both work so hard and long hours too. Lots of nice places to eat at - Retseto, Il Gabbiano and Tanus were especially nice and Irilina Hotel and Trentis bar serve wonderful cocktails. We will definitely be coming back to stay, thank you.
