Panormos Village - PANORMOS

Very nice staff. However wifi was extremely poor and reception was not 24 hours so when we lost our key we had to sleep outside. Breakfast was very poor there was no eggs available. Lovely views.

This was our forth visit here and we like it as much as we did 8 years ago when we came the first time. The hotel has changed a lot since our last visit, the new pool, the rooms and restaurant all have been updated and are absolutely stunning. The thing which hasn’t changed is the friendly and welcoming atmosphere, Andreas is here every day making sure guest are happy, all staff are very friendly, those we have met before greeted us like family and those new ones were also very very nice. We have previously brought our children, family and friends all with children of various ages and they all had a great time. The restaurant is very good, the portion are so generous i sometimes struggle to finish but luckily my husband is willing to help. I honestly can’t fault this hotel. I am sure this is not our last visit.

Weird lights in the room? Hairdryers not great. Upmarket hotel with great amenities and good restaurant. Hipster place!

We came here on our honeymoon and spend a lot of money to be able to chill out in calm surroundings with our own private pool. We read the information about the hotel carefully before booking and there was no information about the hotel being right next to a busy and LOUD beach club. We arrived at around 4pm and the music from the beach club was very bad until about 10pm. We asked the hotel if it was like that everyday and they told me that it could get alot worse and that it could start as early as 11am. They also told me that they call the police regularly because of this problem. Despite all this it is not mentioned in their description. If we knew that the hotel was right next to this we would never have booked it. It is not there fault they are right next to it but it is their duty to market their place correctly. This information should be in the description, just like other hotels inform about noisy buildingworks in theirs. As we didnt want to stay, we asked for a refund but we were met with little understanding from the owner and they wouldnt refund anything despite us leaving the same night. We therefore ended up paying for 3 nights we didnt stay. Due to us spending all of our money on this hotel we ended up cancelling our honeymoon and went back home to Norway as the loud music was unbearable. Thank you for ruining our honeymoon and showing no understanding. We have stayed at several 4-5 star hotels, mostly very happy with our stay but the few times we havent been the hotel has been amazing at compensating us with either a full refund or a partial refund. Stay away from this place unless you want to listen to loud party music your entire stay.

The best hotel in mykonos. The facilities are wonderful , cafeteria , swimming pool , and environment. The hotel traps you and you can spend all your vacations without go out because you are really comfortable. But undoubtedly the best is the team of staff who take care of you and make the difference. Special hug for Estefan and Natasha, who are so lovely and the driver too ! They make this hotel an incomparable place ! Thank you !

Excellent! My partner and I stayed here recently, it was perfect. The staff are friendly and attentive. In particular Stefani and those behind behind the bar/catering team. The food was excellent, including the complimentary breakfast. Our room was clean and our bed was comfortable. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The pool is also immaculate and the view is beautiful. Very short walk to the beach was also a bonus. Although the location of the hotel is slightly further away from the town, reception are very helpful with organising taxis and providing a hotel driver.

The hotel facilities are excellent, the views spectacular and the comfort magnificent. All the hotel staff are lovely, especially the driver, Stephan and Natasha. The treatment of customers and the stay at Panormos is really 5 stars. 100% recommendable.
