★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. At least 4 things (so far) were missing from bags or boxes which were not sealed.
2. Lent a screwdriver which was broken and wasn't told about.
3. No effort made to secure a parking place outside in order to set up the crane. Luckily, they found the owner and a car was moved and another was unlocked so it was moved without owner's consent.
4. 2 of the movers drinking beers before the job was done
5. Owner of company threatens legal action for accusations and refuses to speak or answer messages
6. Many plants were badly damaged
