★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this place on booking.com and payment was taken twice by mistake. After half of year of emailng and several phone calls the extra payment was not returned. Even though it was agreed by phone twice with the hotel personnel. This hotel is not reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked our room one month before our stay. The morning we arrived in Skiathos, on our way to the hotel I got a call from Ms Angela. She offered to guide us to the pension. Instead, another lady came and guided us to another even worse place. That's when we found out that our roons weren't available and another place was arranged for our stay without our knowledge! We were shocked! Terrible experience!
