★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, cozy, super comfortable and the owner is amazing and super fun, helpful and ready to serve your needs. The place has a parking, is next to a bakery (good breakfast) and 7’ away from Agios Nikitas beach, which is the best in Lefkada. Stay in Pansion Filoxenia if you want an affordable place next to the most popular spot in Lefkada. 5* for the owner Mr Panagiotis, totally recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place I've ever been. He put me in the room, i waited for two hours... and then he came at the door in the middle of the night at 00:15 to tell me that room is booked, and I need to sleep somewhere else that night. On 00:30 i was in my car with my girlfriend, and i couldn't believe whats going on. Pedro is the owner and the guy who ruined my first vacation with my girlfriend. You have 1000 times better apartments than this, with pool and many other things for same price. I didn't have much time, and i took this offer beacuse there is no free apartments somewhere else...BIG mistake. Book earlier and have a nice trip, dont do my mistake and go to Filoxenia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedro is the best host, he will find a way to please You and Your needs! The appartments are clean and have comfortable beds. The location is great! It is quiet and there are bakery, markets and taverns. Agios Nikitas, Kathisma and Lefkas are in 10 minute drive. I recommend this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 10-minute drive is Lefkada town, the beaches of Agios Nikitas and Kathisma are also 10 minutes by car. Within meters of the boarding house there is a very nice bakery, as well as a tavern suitable for dinner.
We had two double rooms, but on the second day, the owner Pedro / Panagiotis asked us to move into an apartment in order to free our rooms, because there were clients who wanted single rooms. We agreed on his proposal, but here we made a mistake ... because the apartment in question was not clean and had an unpleasant smell
