★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Την περασμένη εβδομάδα αγόρασα ένα ζευγάρι πέδιλα, τα οποία - όπως μου είπε η πωλήτρια - έχουν εσωτερικό πάτο από δέρμα. Φορώντας τα όμως διαπίστωσα ότι δεν είναι δέρμα αλλά ένα συνθετικό υλικό. Θεωρώ ότι εξαπατήθηκα και πλήρωσα 35€ για ένα προϊόν που δεν αξίζει ούτε 15, εφόσον είναι συνθετικό.
Last week I bought a pair of sandals, which - as the saleswoman told me - have an inner leather sole. But wearing them, I found that they are not leather but a synthetic material. I think I was deceived and paid € 35 for a product that is not worth even 15, as long as it is synthetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν πίστευα ποτέ ότι μια απλή παντόφλα θα μπορούσε να έχει τόσες επιλογές. Οι πωλήτριες του μαγαζιού κάνουν το απροσδόκητο και το ασυνήθιστο.
Προσφέρουν εξατομικευμένες προτάσεις, ξεχωριστές για κάθε πελάτη και προσαρμοσμένες στις ανάγκες του - είτε αυτές είναι θέμα γούστου, άνεσης είτε είναι οικονομικής φύσης.
Εκτός από μια παντόφλα, ο πελάτης αγοράζει και αυτό το feel good συναίσθημα το οποίο τόσο πολύ λείπει από τα περισσότερα καταστήματα.
Και η ποιότητα της παντόφλας;
Ύστερα από δυο χειμώνες χρήσης για τη δερμάτινη και ενός χειμώνα για την υφασμάτινη, ξεχωρίζει το κατάστημα αυτό και για την ποιότητα και διάρκεια των προϊόντων του.

I never thought a simple slipper could have so many options. The shop assistants do the unexpected and the unusual.
