I	Ioannis Vekris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το λιγότερο απαράδεκτη και άκρως αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά, τόσο από τους υπαλλήλους,όσο και από την ίδια την φαρμακοποιό. Αγοράσαμε από το κατάστημα ένα οξύμετρο, το οποίο δεν λειτουργούσε. Όταν επιστρέψαμε για να ζητήσουμε τα χρήματα πίσω και να παραδώσουμε το προϊόν, δυνατότητα που μας δίνει ρητά ο νόμος, αφού το προϊόν είναι ελαττωματικό, η φαρμακοποιός αρνήθηκε. Μετά από μεγάλη ένταση μας είπε πως μπορεί μόνο να δει το θέμα της αντικατάστασης, το οποίο δεν επιθυμούσαμε. Με λίγα λόγια στο συγκεκριμένο φαρμακείο, όχι μόνο ενήργησαν αντισυμβατικά, αλλά μας αρνήθηκαν τη νόμιμη και προβλεπομενη στο νόμο άσκηση των δικαιωμάτων μας, παρ' ότι οφείλουν αυτονόητα ως ιδιοκτήτες φαρμακείου να γνωρίζουν αυτά τα βασικά ζητήματα. The least unacceptable and highly unprofessional behavior, both from the employees and from the pharmacist herself. We bought an oximeter from the store, which did not work. When we returned to ask for the money back and deliver the product, a possibility explicitly given to us by law, since the product is defective, the pharmacist refused. After a lot of tension he told us that he can only see the issue of replacement, which we did not want. In short, in this particular pharmacy, not only did they act unconventionally, but they denied us the legal and statutory exercise of our rights, even though they, as pharmacy owners, must be aware of these basic issues.

Τόσο η φαρμακοποιός όσο και οι υπάλληλοι, είναι ευγενικές και πρόθυμες να βοηθήσουν και να εξυπηρετήσουν με τον καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο! Κορίτσια, σας ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ για όλες τις φορές που σας χρειάστηκα και ήσαστα δίπλα μου!!! My experience is very good! Both the pharmacist and the employees are kind and willing to help and serve in the best possible way! Girls, thank you very much for all the times I needed you and you were by my side !!!

Καλέσαμε μια Κυριακή την οποία ήταν το μόνο εφημερεύον φαρμακείο στη Χαλκίδα για να ρωτήσουμε αν έχουν διαθέσιμο ένα φάρμακο το οποίο ήταν άμεσα αναγκαίο & κρίσιμο για τη ζωή συγγενή μας και το οποίο από όλα τα υπόλοιπα φαρμακεία το παίρνουμε χωρίς συνταγή, ούτε καν χειρόγραφη, και μας ζήτησε χειρόγραφη συνταγή για να μας το δώσει. Όταν υπογραμμίσαμε πώς σε κανένα φαρμακείο δεν συμβαίνει αυτό μας απάντησε με ειρωνεία " Τέλεια! Να πάτε στα άλλα φαρμακεία!" Και μας το έκλεισε στη μούρη. Σε τέτοιους ανθρώπους δίνονται άδειες για να ανοίξουν τόσο σημαντικές επιχειρήσεις όπως αυτές της Υγείας ;; Ντροπή!! Βιοηθική καμία !!! Unacceptable behavior. Mrs. Papadaki Tzovana is the most rude. We called a Sunday which was the only pharmacy on duty in Chalkida to ask if they have available a medicine which was immediately necessary & critical for the life of our relative and which we get from all other pharmacies without a prescription, not even handwritten, and he asked us for a handwritten recipe to give it to us. When we emphasized that this does not happen in any pharmacy, he answered us with irony "Perfect! Go to the other pharmacies!" And he closed it in our berry. Are such people given licenses to open such important companies as those of Health ?? Shame!! Bioethics none !!!
