★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σκεφτήκαμε να φάμε νόστιμα και τρυφερά παϊδάκια όπως πριν από καιρό στην ταβέρνα του Παπαδά.
ΔΥΣΤΥΧΩΣ όμως , αυτή τη φορά μας σέρβιρε , μπαγιάτικο κοκορέτσι - στο πιάτο ήταν αραδιασμένα κομμάτια , χύμα - και μάλιστα χλιαρό δηλαδή μπαγιάτικο , ξαναζεσταμένο !
Ζητήσαμε παϊδάκια γάλακτος μας έφερε , μια μεγάλης ηλικίας κυρία , ζυγούρι , και σκληρό !
Οι πατάτες μύριζαν από το πολύ-τηγανισμένο λάδι .
Μόνο τα χόρτα είχαν καλό λάδι ! και το κρασί ήταν καλό.
Μόνο ΝΤΡΟΠΗ !
