Very bad after sales service, not at all good customer support, and very expensive prices for defective products they sell.

Τέλειος πρωτότυπος σχεδιασμός, ποιοτικά υλικά και το συνεργείο που ήρθε για την τοποθέτηση ήταν άψογο..με τιμές πολύ φυσιολογικές! Γενικά το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.. δεν αντιμετώπισα κανένα πρόβλημα μετά. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ κ. Παπαδέλη In the renovation of my house, they gave me a solution to everything and very correct advice. Perfect original design, quality materials and the workshop that came for the installation was impeccable..with very normal prices! Generally I highly recommend it .. Α	Αντώνης Βασιλειάδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άπαιχτοι στην εμπειρία πώλησης, απαράδεκτοι στην εκτέλεση. Είχαν δύο μήνες μπροστά τους να σχεδιάσουν την κουζίνα μας και δύο μπάνια. Όταν έφτασε η μέρα να εφαρμοστούν, τα μισά έπιπλα έλειπαν ή ήταν λάθος, με αποτέλεσμα να χρειαστούν επιπλέον ένα μήνα για να τελειώσουν. Το μόνο που τους ενδιαφέρει είναι να πάρουν λεφτά. Οπότε, αν τους επιλέξετε, φροντίστε να δώσετε όσο χαμηλότερη προκαταβολή μπορείτε για να έχουν και αυτοί ένα άγχος! Unplayed in the sales experience, unacceptable in execution. They had two months ahead of them to design our kitchen and two bathrooms. When the day came to implement them, half the furniture was missing or was wrong, so it took an extra month to finish. All they care about is getting paid. So, if you choose them, make sure you pay the lowest possible deposit so that they too can have a stress!

Μπραβο στην Νικολετα για τις γνωσεις και την υπομονη της! ? Edit 30/4/22: Μετα απο καιρο ειπαμε να κανουμε και ντουλαπα που σχεδιασαμε εμεις μιας και θελαμε κατι ιδιαιτερο και μοναδικο με ισιες επιφανειες και ντουλαπια που ανοιγουν με ενα πατημα.Ολα τελεια για ακομα μια φορα!!!!Προσθετω φωτογραφια... If you want kitchen furniture that looks like jewelry, the choice is one way! Since they could satisfy me, they can satisfy anyone !!! Well done to Nicoleta for her knowledge and patience! ? Edit 30/4/22: After a while we said to make a wardrobe that we designed since we wanted something special and unique with flat surfaces and cabinets that open with one click. Customer service is extraordinary and all personnel (from designing to assembly team) efficient, polite and most helpful. They helped me redecorate my bedroom and I can't wait to work with them again on our next redecoration project.
