Δεν με πηραν ποτε τηεφωνο για να με πληροφορισουν για το ποτε θα ειναι ετοιμο , οταν τους επερνα εγω μου ελεγαν αρχικα οτι ο τεχνικος περιμενει το ανταλακτικο για το μπλεντερ το οποιο μπορει να κανει και 15 μερες, μετα απο ενα μηνα σχεδον ενω τους επαιρνα τηλεφωνα μου λεγαν οτι θα παρουν τηλ τον τεχνικο , δεν με καλουσαν ποτε πισω. τους ειχα καλεσει πανω απο 5 φορες , τι μια μου λεγαν οτι ειναι ετοιμο μιλησαν με τον τεχνικο και αποτι θυμαται το εχει φτιαξει , ξαναεπικοινωνω μαζι τους αλλα τελικα δεν το ειχε φτιαξει, ειχε περασει πανω απο ενας μηνας. Δεν ειχα περισσοτερη υπομονη για ολο αυτο τους ζητησα να στειλουν το μπλεντερ πισω στο καταστημα χωρις να το επισκευασουν. Επρεπε να τους παρω δυο τρια τηλ για αν το κανουν αυτο. Οταν πηγα να το παραλαβω δεν δικαιολογηθηκαν για την αντιεπαγγελματικοτητα τους. Απαραδεκτοι Unacceptable store and service. I gave a blender for repair. They never called me to tell me when it would be ready, when I passed them I was initially told that the technician was waiting for the spare part for the blender which could take up to 15 days, almost a month after I got them on the phone. They told me that they would call the technician, they never called me back. I had called them more than 5 times, what one they told me was ready, they talked to the technician and since he remembers he made it, I contacted them again but in the end he didn't make it, it had been more than a month. I didn't have much patience for all this, I asked them to send the blender back to the store without repairing it. I had to call them two or three to see if they could do that. When I went to pick it up, they did not justify their unprofessionalism. Unacceptable

Και στο αρχικό στάδιο σχεδιασμού/ επιλογής υλικών ήταν επεξηγηματικοί και στο στάδιο της εγκατάστασης ήταν στην ώρα τους, ευγενικοί, καθαροί. Δεν έφυγαν αφήνοντας πίσω τους 2 ώρες δουλειάς για καθαριότητα. Όσον αφορά τις τιμές , ο καθένας μπορεί να κάνει την έρευνά του. Για το σχέδιο που θέλαμε εμείς ήταν 10-15% φθηνότεροι και περιελάμβαναν και την αποξήλωση/ απομάκρυνση της παλιάς κουζίνας. Recently we had a kitchen in the center of Ioannina from Papadopoulos furniture. And in the initial stage of design / selection of materials they were explanatory and in the stage of installation they were on time, polite, clean. They did not leave leaving behind 2 hours of work for cleaning. When it comes to prices, anyone can do their research. For the design we wanted they were 10-15% cheaper and included the dismantling / removal of the old kitchen.
