When it came time to diamond talk, they were very conscientious of my budget and time restrictions, and handled the conversation delicately and professionally. They were so considerate in keeping me updated with the diamond selection and steps along the process. When we came in to pick the diamonds, provided us a concise and helpful education on diamonds that we really needed. When my partner decided on a different setting, they went beyond to help keep us in our timeline and move forward without any issue.
