★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ασυνέπεια στην εξυπηρέτηση και στο ραντεβού που είχα κανονίσει χωρίς να υπάρχει προφανής λόγος (ραντεβού στις 11.00 και μπήκα για εξέταση στις 11.45)και ενώ το είχα τονίσει πως θα λείψω από την εργασία μου. Το χειρότερο είναι ότι δεν υπηρξε κάποια εξήγηση(για απολογία δεν το συζητω) από μέρους της γιατρού ή του προσωπικού ,άκρως αντιεπαγγελματικό και δεν θα επέλεγα ξανά να εξεταστώ στο συγκεκριμένο ιατρείο και ούτε θα το πρότεινα. Επίσης η προσέγγιση της γιατρού και του προσωπικού ήταν βιαστική αλλά και του προσωπικού κάπως επιθετική σε καποιες ερωτήσεις και απορίες που είχα λες και εγώ όφειλα να γνωρίζω τα πάντα γύρω από τον τρόπο λειτουργίας του ιατρείου.
Inconsistency in the service and appointment I had arranged without obvious reason (an appointment at 11.00 am and I went in for an exam at 11.45) and while I had stressed that I would be missing out on my job. The worst is that there was no explanation (for an apology I do not discuss it) by the doctor or the staff, highly unprofessional, and I would not choose to go over to this practice again, nor would I suggest it. Also the approach of the doctor and staff was hurrying but also the staff somewhat aggressive to some questions and questions that I had as though I ought to know everything about the way the surgery works.
