★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience, my mother in law was directed there for a surgery to remove the tumor and was not even admitted, despite the fact she had all test and MRI done showing the problem. When they send her home she had seizures in the car, we had to call ambulance and it took them more then 3 hours to finally admit her in the hospital. Emergency department hardly answering phone calls, they are rude and unhelpful, when i asked representative's name he just hang the phone.

Had an appointment. Called 5 times to ask about the surgery procedure and they told me that they will see it when I get there and when I got there they just sent me away. Waste of time and energy…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hospital. Had my two daughters there. Excellent doctors and nurses. First time they were not very empathetic. Though, very professional but not very warm towards patients. Second time very professional, warm and considerate. They have the some of the best doctors in Greece. Facilities are better than in most public hospitals in Greece. They support breast feeding with is great. Private hospitals in Greece do not support breast feeding as much as they and promote more formula and bottle feeding which is not the case in this hospital. I recommend this hospital every time I have the chance. My experience was excellent and bear in mind this was before COVID19. I hope the situation has not changed due to the pandemic and post pandemic. It seems the hospital is managed privately although it is public. This was one of the requirements from the large donors probably to avoid the corruption and bad management associate with public sector in Greece.
