Συμφωνήσαμε λοιπόν ότι επειδή είναι πολύ απασχολημένος αυτήν την περίοδο θα επικοινωνήσει μαζί μου στο τέλος του Απρίλη για να του δώσω την προκαταβολή και να ξεκινήσουν οι εργασίες. Σήμερα μετά από τηλεφωνική μας επικοινωνία μου είπε ότι η συμφωνία μας δεν ισχύει πια καθως με είχε ενημερώσει ότι έπρεπε εντός 3 ημερών να έχει πάρει την προκαταβολή…. Δεν επικοινώνησε μαζί μου ποτέ και προσπάθησε να διαψεύσει την συμφωνία μας. Ανέφερε βέβαια ότι στο διάστημα που μεσολάβησε οι τιμές έχουν ανεβεί 12%. Συμπέρασμα: επειδή δεν ικανοποιήθηκε από τη συμφωνία που είχε κάνει αρχές Απρίλη με βάση τις τρέχουσες τιμές τις αγοράς δεν τον συνέφερε να προχωρήσει με τις εργασίες. Καλή τύχη σε όλους εδώ με τη συνεργασία σας με τον κο Παπαγρηγορακη. Έναν πραγματικά τίμιο επαγγελματία. Εύχομαι τα χειρότερα. My experience with this particular gentleman is disappointing. We made a deal 3 weeks ago to put thermal insulation on the roof of my house. So we agreed that because he is very busy at the moment he will contact me at the end of April to give him the down payment and start work. Today, after our telephone communication, he told me that our agreement is no longer valid as he had informed me that he should have received the advance payment within 3 days…. He never contacted me and tried to deny our agreement. He stated, of course, that in the intervening period the prices have risen by 12%. Conclusion: because he was not satisfied with the agreement he had made in early April based on current market prices, it was not in his best interest to proceed with the work. Good luck to everyone here with your collaboration with Mr. Papagrigorakis. A really honest professional. I wish you the worst.

Τον κ. Γιάννη τον πρωτόγνωρισα στο πρώτο του μαγαζί τέρμα Ηρώων Πολυτεχνείου(πάνω από 30 χρόνια πριν) . Έχω τυφλή εμπιστοσύνη σε ότι μου πει καθώς και στο προσωπικό του. Μου βρίσκουν λύσεις εγγυημένες και τις καλύτερες. Το εχω δει στην πράξη όλα αυτά τα χρόνια. Πιστεύω ότι είναι μετρημένοι στα δακτυλα όχι μόνο στη Κρήτη, αλλά και στο πανελλήνιο τόσο ενημερωμένοι και γνωστές του αντικειμένου. Ρωτήστε τον πριν ξεκινήσετε μια οικοδομή. Αν τον ακούσετε και κάνετε πράξη ότι σας πει θα έχετε ήσυχο το κεφάλι σας στο θέμα αυτό (σε ότι έχει να κάνει με την εξειδικευση του βέβαια.) I first met Mr. Giannis at his first store at the end of Iroon Polytechniou (over 30 years ago). I have blind faith in what he tells me as well as in his staff. They find me guaranteed and the best solutions. I have seen it in practice all these years. I believe that they are measured on the fingers not only in Crete, but also in Greece, so informed and known of the subject. Ask him out well if he is no longer absorbed in the connection. If you listen to him and do what he tells you, you will have peace of mind in this matter (in what has to do with his specialization of course.)
