The same happened to me almost always when i changed my credentials...
RESULT...delaying my work...so waste of money.
So sorry for that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really sorry to say that I can't confirm the positive reviews regarding the service. On the morning of 10/09/18 I requested a chat, only to be directed to supply a written support ticket after 1 hour and 20 minutes waiting in the chat line. Very disappointed...
If was the English, which freaked out the technical representative, at least don't let a client wait for over 1 hour until you get back to him with a redirection...
Low prices drew me to papaki back then, but it seems that for English support my previous provider might be better!
