Fantastic beach. The dirt road goes down almost to the bottom where there is a plot with about 7-8 parking spaces and some even higher on various plateaus. With care you go down comfortably. It has 2 beaches, one large on the left with sun until late and some scenes, and the smaller one on the right with shade. It has small black pebbles, inside it is slightly blurred. Fantastic landscape.

A really downplayed beach which had nothing going for it other than that it is very secluded. The service roads to sarakiniko are difficult; the southern approach in particular is not even paved. The final 300 meters descent to the beach are dangerous road not really suited for city cars. At the end of the trail there is no parking so if and when the beach gets crowded it is impossible to park the car. And if you need to leave in a hurry (as in a wildfire case) there is no escape route. The footpath leads to two stretches of pebble beach, one no more than 30 meters long, the other about 5 times larger. The black pebbles give an air of volcanic land and the islet which comprises of continuous black rugged unwelcoming rock makes the scenery even more alien and wild. The waters are crystal clear and the bottom soon goes from pebble to large long slabs of white rock and sand. Aerial shots are truly gorgeous. The islet can be visit by swimming. The beach had little natural shade so pack well for the descent.

Incredible rocky beach with crystal clear blue water!!! The pine tree forest is quite close, but there is no shade to lay down. Nothing around for provisions or food, so before you reach the beach, source water and food from the nearby village.
