On Saturdays in Paramythia an outdoor market is organized (they call it 'laiki') that is very picturesque. Farmers arrive from nearby towns and sell their fruits and vegetables, find dairy and sausages from the region and good meat. You have to go relatively early to enjoy it, before 12.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήταν ένα γρήγορο πέρασμα, για επίσκεψη... Ήταν ένα πανέμορφο χωριό, τόσο καθαρό... Φύση πανέμορφη...... Κ ανθρώπους πολύ εγκαρδιους.... Λες και ειμασταν φίλοι από παλιά..... Κ όχι σαν μερικούς μερικούς που είναι κάτω από το αυλάκι και δείχνουν τον χειρότερο τους εαυτό..... Αλλά τι να πει κανείς.....
It was a quick pass, to visit ... It was a beautiful village, so clean ... Nature beautiful ...... And very cordial people .... As if we have been friends for a long time ..... And not like some some who are under the rut and show their worst selves ..... But what can one say .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruhig und gelassen habe ich meine Zeit in Paramythia verbracht. Herzliche Menschen, lecker Essen. Kein Touristenhochburg sondern ein Dorf wo die Zeit etwas langsamer vergeht und die Menschen noch nicht vergessen haben was Gastfreundschaft bedeutet.
I spent my time in Paramythia calmly and calmly. Warm people, delicious food. Not a tourist stronghold but a village where time passes a little slower and people have not yet forgotten what hospitality means.
