We can tell she is living in her dream and so happy to feel this way! We’d love to buy olive products and take them with us back.

I am used to tastings with different types of olive oil where you can dip yourself and thus have a real experience

You get an overview of their processing plant with a bit of history of olive oil production thrown in at the beginning. Very interesting and informative. And the chance to purchase a little local olive oil. Obviously the plant is not working in the summer month so you won't see them pressing oil unless you're visiting in late autumn through to mid spring.
