★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μας σύστησαν το travel look στην αναζήτηση μας για ένα ταξίδι στις ΗΠΑ, εμπιστευθηκαμε την εμπειρία τους και πληρώσαμε εκτός των εισιτηρίων και για την έκδοση του ESTA, δυστυχώς μη έχοντας την ορθή ενημέρωση καθώς κακώς είχε δηλωθεί τρίμηνη παραμονή στις ΗΠΑ γεγονός που δεν συνάδει με τουριστική δραστηριότητα παρότι υπήρξε διαβεβαίωση περί 99% από το πρακτορείο ότι δεν θα υπάρξει πρόβλημα το ταξίδι κατέστη μια τραυματική εμπειρία με διαπόμπευση και επιστροφή από τις αμερικανικές αρχές στην Ελλάδα, πέραν από την οικονομική ζημιά το ηθικό κομμάτι της ταλαιπωρίας δεν προσμετράται σε κόστος.
They recommended the travel look in our search for a trip to the US, we trusted their experience and paid in addition to the tickets and for the issuance of ESTA, unfortunately not having the correct information as it was wrongly declared a three-month stay in the US which is not compatible with tourism Although there was a 99% assurance from the agency that the trip would not be a problem, it became a traumatic experience with being deported and returned by the American authorities to Greece, in addition to the financial damage, the moral part of t As suffering is not counted in cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Worst service, call center team will not respond on time for refund status , they will cancel your booking without even informing you, and will not process refund until you will keep on follow-up them, even after multiple follow-up's also you need to wait for more than 2 weeks to get refund. recommend not to go with Company for flight bookings
