★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα άτυπο μνημείο της περιόδου του Β΄ Παγκοσμίου Πολέμου και της Ιταλικής κατοχής αποτελεί σήμερα το ερειπωμένο “Παρατηρητήριο” στην περιοχή Στρώμα.
Το συναντάμε στο μονοπάτι που οδηγεί από το χωριό του Αγίου Νικήτα στην παραλία Μύλος, στο σημείο λίγο πριν την κατάβαση προς την παραλία, όπου η θέα προς το Ιόνιο είναι απεριόριστη.
 An informal monument of World War II and the Italian occupation is today the ruined "Observatory" in the Stroma area.
We meet it on the path leading from the village of Agios Nikitas to Mylos Beach, just before descending to the beach, where the view to the Ionian Sea is unlimited.
