★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ζήτησα fredo με ένα πάγο μου έβαλε παραπάνω! Της ζήτησα ένα fredo cappuccino και αποφάσισε η ίδια χωρίς να ρωτήσει, να το φτιάξει ανακατεμένο όπως "έχουν συνηθίσει" να το πίνουν εδώ λες και δεν υπάρχουν αυτοί που πίνουν με αφρογαλα όπως φυσιολογικά φτιάχνετε το συγκεκριμένος καφές. Όταν την ρώτησα γιατί δεν έχει αφρογαλα, μου είπε "δε μου είπατε ανακατεμένο, έτσι το πίνουν εδώ". Στο τέλος αναγκαστικά πλήρωσα εκ νέου το ν καφέ που ήθελα ?. Το βασικότερο πρόβλημα είναι πως δεν έχουν μάθει να ρωτάνε τι θέλει ο πελάτης, απλά κάνουν αυτοί που θεωρούν οι ίδιοι αυτονόητο...
I asked for fredo with an ice put on me! I asked her for a fredo cappuccino and she decided without asking, to make it mixed as "they are used" to drink it here as if there are no people who drink with frothed milk as you normally make this coffee. When I asked her why she does not have frothed milk, she said "you did not tell me mixed, so they drink it here". In the end I had to pay again for the coffee I wanted ?. The main problem is that they have not learned to ask what the customer wants, they just do what they take for granted ...
