★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απράδεκτη συμπεριφορά της ιδιοκτήτριας!Κανένας σεβασμός στον πελάτη!Αγόρασα ένα ζευγάρι παντόφλες με έκπτωαη - 25 περσινές που σε άλλα καταστήματα θα είχαν μισή τιμή ,θέλησα να τις επιστρέψω εντος 5 ημερών και επειδή δεν είχα την απόδειξη αγοράς(αποκλειστικά δικό τους εμπόρευμα)και ενώ η πωλήτρια με θυμήθηκε κατευθείαν η κυρία Παργιάνα μου αρνήθηκε κατηγορηματικά.Εγω την διαβεβαίωσα πως μπορω μέσα απο την τράπεζα να της βεβαιώσω την αγορά μου με τον αριθμό της συναλλαγής εκείνη επέμενε να μην με εξυπηρετήαει!Δεν θα προτιμήσω ποτέ ξανά τα συγκεκριμένα καταστήματα ,ενώ ειμαι πελάτισσα 10 χρόνια.Οι τιμές εξαιρετικά υπερτιμημένες γιαυτο που προσφέρουν!
Unacceptable behavior of the owner! No respect for the customer! I bought a pair of slippers with a discount - 25 last year that in other stores would be half price, I wanted to return them within 5 days and because I did not have the proof of purchase (only their goods) and while The saleswoman remembered me directly, Mrs. Pargiana categorically denied me. I assured her that I could confirm my purchase through the bank with the transaction number, she insisted not to serve me! I will never prefer the specific stores again, while I am customer 10 years. The prices are extremely overpriced for what they offer!

Η εξυπηρέτηση τόσο της ιδιοκτήτριας όσο και του προσωπικού, άψογη, επαγγελματική και άμεση .
Τέλος, η σχέση ποιότητας/τιμής. Value for money. Πολύ καλός συνδυασμός ποιότητας τιμής.
Κάθε φορά που θα θέλω ένα ξεχωριστό δώρο θα επιλέγω το κατάστημα Pargiana .
