Tried some dresses and after I made requests for some dresses they said I should make an appointment with the designer. Asked to make an appointment with him and was promised they would call me and no one did. Called hours later then was informed the designer was busy and couldn't take any more appointments. Wanted some runway dresses but will look elsewhere. The treatment was so racist and could sense this you are not welcome vibes. Contrary to the service I received when I visited the store last year this time. I. Hope you improve your customer service in general. So disheartening for a big brand?
