P	Panagiota Lala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα παραγγελία ένα φορεμα που είχε 57 ευρω. Οταν ηρθε ειδα πως το υφασμα του φορεματος δεν ειχε καμια σχεση με της φωτογραφιας. Ηταν πολυ χειροτερης ποιοτητας. Δεν αξιζε ουτε για 20 ευρω! Δεν κανουν επιστροφη χρηματων και για μια απλη αλλαγη χρεωνεσαι 5 ευρω εξοδα αποστολης. Απαραδεκτο καταστημα! δεν θα ξαναψωνισω εννοειται! I ordered a dress that had 57 euros. When he came I saw that the fabric of the dress had nothing to do with the photo. It was of much worse quality. It was not worth even 20 euros! They do not refund and for a simple change you are charged 5 euros shipping costs. Unacceptable store! I will not shop again of course!

Η παραγγελία ήρθε απίστευτα γρήγορα, Πέμπτη βράδυ παρήγγειλα Σάββατο πρωί ήρθε στο σπίτι. Δυστυχώς δεν ενημερώθηκα για την κατάσταση της παραγγελίας, αν απεστάλη ή κάποιον κωδικό παρακολούθησης οπότε δυσκόλεψα λίγο τον άνθρωπο από την κούριερ με τον τρόπο πληρωμής. Στο μέιλ που μου έστειλαν από το μαγαζί για την επιβεβαίωση παραγγελίας έγραφε ότι θα στείλουν το δέμα με acs αλλά τελικά ήρθε με μια κούριερ που δεν υπάρχει παράρτημα στην πόλη μου. Επικοινώνησα με εκπρόσωπο της εταιρίας και μου είπαν ότι αυτό έγινε για την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση μου οπότε οκ. Παρέλαβα σήμερα την παραγγελία και είναι τέλεια. Το προϊόν είναι ακριβώς όπως στην φωτογραφία και το νούμερο κανονικό. Ευχαριστώ πολύ για τη συνεργασία. I made an online order from the store but I went a little blind because it did not have a size guide on the site. The order came incredibly fast, Thursday night I ordered Saturday morning came home. Unfortunately I was not informed about the status of the order, if it was sent or a tracking code so I made it a little difficult for the person from the courier to pay. In the e-mail sent to me from the store to confirm the order it said that they would send the parcel with acs but finally it came with a courier that has no branch in my city. I contacted a company representative and they told me that this was done for my best service so ok. I received the order today and it is perfect. The product is just like in the photo and the number is normal. Thank you for the collaboration.
γ	γιαννα γιαννακοπουλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κανονικα δεν βαζω κανενα αστερι!! Ειναι ρουχα ΠΑΝΑΚΡΙΒΑ με κακιστη ποιοτητα!! Πληρωσα 90 ευρω (συν 5 ευρω για επιστροφη που ηταν δικο τους το προβλημα) για ενα φουστανι ναυλον κι ενα φουτερ κακιστης ποιοτητας. Θα τα εβρισκα στη λαικη συνολικα 20 ευρω!!! Εξυπηρετηση ανυπαρκτη, τηλεφωνικο κεντρο ανυπαρκτο. Εκανα τελικα 3 παραγγελιες γιατι τα μεγεθη τους στην πρωτη παραγγελια ηταν ΑΠΙΣΤΕΥΤΑ ΜΙΚΡΑ, στη δευτερη παραγγελια που εκανα για να επιστρεψω την πρωτη δεν υπηρχαν τα προιοντα που επελεξα (αλλα κανεις δεν με ειδοποιησε γιαυτο..) κι αναγκαστικά εκανα τριτη παραγγελια με μειλ!! Τους εστειλα 4 μειλ για να απαντησουν.Τελικα οταν τα παρελαβα την τριτη παραγγελια....το φουστανι ηταν ξηλωμενο στην πλαινη ραφή και το τριχρωμο φουτερ ειχε υφασμα απαραδεκτης ποιοτητας για 49 ευρω!!! Δεν τα επεστρεψα (βλακωδως)..γιατι βαρεθηκα τις χρονοβορες διαδικασιες τους!! Το κερασακι στην τουρτα...το τριχρωμο φουτερ ξεβαψε!!! Βλακεια μου που δεν διαβασα τα σχολια τους πριν παραγγειλω !! Normally I do not put any stars !! They are VERY EXPENSIVE clothes with poor quality !! I paid 90 euros (plus 5 euros for a return that was their problem) for a nylon dress and a sweatshirt of poor quality. I would find them in the popular one for a total of 20 euros !!! Non-existent service, non-existent call center. I finally made 3 orders because their sizes in the first order were INCREDIBLY SMALL, in the second order I made to return the first one there were no products I chose (but no one notified me about it ..) and I necessarily made a third order with less I sent them 4 emails to answer. Finally when I received the third order .... the dress was unbuttoned on the side seam and the tricolor sweatshirt had fabric of unacceptable quality for 49 euros !!! I did not return them (stupidly) .. because I got tired of their time consuming procedures !! The icing on the cake ... the tricolor sweatshirt has faded !!! My stupidity that I did not read their comments before I ordered !!
e	eugenia kloukina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραγγειλα και ενώ έλεγαν ότι είναι άμεσα διαθέσιμο το μπουφάν , η παραγγελία άργησε υπερβολικά να έρθει ( έκανε δέκα ημέρες ) και δεν επικοινώνησε κάνεις να μου το αναφέρει. Έστειλα εγώ μήνυμα για να ενημερωθώ, στο οποίο πάλι απλά μου έλεγαν να επικοινωνήσω με το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών . Κακή εξυπηρέτηση ,όμως η ποιότητα του μπουφάν είναι πολύ καλή. Επίσης το μπουφάν είναι λίγο μικρότερο σα νουμερο από το αναμενόμενο. Συνολικά είμαι ευχαριστημένη από το προϊόν αλλά όχι από την εξυπηρέτηση . I ordered and while they said that the jacket is immediately available, the order was too late to arrive (it took ten days) and no one contacted to tell me. I sent a message to be informed, in which again I was simply told to contact the customer service department. Poor service, but the quality of the jacket is very good. Also the jacket is a little smaller in number than expected. Overall I am happy with the product but not with the service.
