★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a 4-Star hotel. Small room, small balcony, old shower. Bathroom was clean but room partly dusty. Very bad WiFi.
Asked for a second key card (not a big thing actually) and didn’t get one.
Seems like the staff doesn’t like guests very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My room did not have a balcony, and, as an originally double with an added extra bed, felt crowded. The rooms were poorly cleaned, and there even was a weird stain on a mattress. Overall kinda "meh" experience. The hotel's best feature is that it's within walking distance from the city center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though the hotel personnel is very polite, the hotel it self is way overrated. The room we stayed was very old and badly renovated. The view from the roof garden is super and the people working at the bar are great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is no way a 4-star hotel. It is located in a very key location though, and surely offers tasty meals. Room service is fine, the rooms aren't so great though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ room VERY small for 2, air conditioning out of order!! furniture at least 20 years old, out of age and taste of the 80ties. Building needs thorough renovation! Reception listening polite to complaints
