I put laminate flooring in a professional space. A part of the floor 1x3 meters sank after installation. The technician came, saw it, said that if it is not laid in 2 months, they will fix it. After 2 months the floor was exactly the same. I call the company. They send me another carpenter, who first says that he does not see anything, then he changes it and says that because there is a radiator next to it, the dent will not be visible and finally he tells us anyway that he is not allowed to fix it because he says the whole floor should be removed of the house. We are talking about a lack of seriousness when 2 technicians tell you but instead. I do not comment that while I had already paid for the floor, I had to make literally 10 phone calls and it took almost 3 weeks for them to come to complete my skirting installation, which was not completed due to the installation of interior doors. Better to have given something more and gone to a more serious company. What you pay you finally get. Update 12/10/21: despite the company's response to my above criticism, that they would call me to discuss it, no one has contacted me until today. The conclusion is yours to make.

Defective products Kronospan Imperial 7mm, indifferent staff. They came after 25 days and in 2 'they came to the conclusion that the skirting boards are pressing the floor. Only the skirts were in the air and that is the reason for the photos. I asked clear WRITTEN questions and NEVER GOT A WRITTEN ANSWER: What is the cost of repair by their own workshop? What written guarantee will I have that it will not happen again after the repair? Another 20 days passed - they NEVER ANSWERED - and I uploaded this critique that is forgiving in relation to their indifference. Away from parketa.gr and Kronospan ... a company without representation in Greece based in MALTA. I did NOT get an answer from there either ... "you are the kingdom" says the thymosophical people.
