★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εκεί στεγαζόταν το παλιό Λυρικό θέατρο που κατεδαφίστηκε το 1988 και στη θέση του δημιουργήθηκε η υπάρχουσα πλατεία.Στο κέντρο της δεσπόζει το άγαλμα του Παλαιών Πατρών Γερμανού,αλλά οπωσδήποτε η πλατεία χρειάζεται εκ νέου ανάπλαση.
 There was the old Lyric Theater, which was demolished in 1988, and the existing square was built in its place. The statue of the Old Patron Germanos dominates the center, but the square needs to be redeveloped.
