★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They spent a good deal of money making it beautiful but no one cuts the grass and there's too many mosquitoes to even enjoy a quick walk through the park. It's well lit, has benches and trash cans, but the overgrowth is ugly and diminishes the park's beauty.
