Όμως δύο φορές έχω έρθει σε δύσκολη θέση ακούγοντας μπροστά μου μάλλον την υπεύθυνη, να είναι εξαιρετικά αγενής και νευρική προς τις άλλες εργαζόμενες. Ακόμα και δίκιο να έχει, ο προϊστάμενος οφείλει να το συζητά με κόσμιο τρόπο και σίγουρα όχι μπροστά στους πελάτες. Πραγματικά είναι πάντα στενάχωρο να βλέπεις τέτοιες συμπεριφορες απέναντι σε εργαζόμενους ακόμα και εάν είναι οι χειρότεροι εργαζόμενοι του κόσμου.
No issues with the store or service. But twice I have been in a difficult position listening in front of me rather to the person in charge, to be extremely rude and nervous towards the other employees. Even if he is right, the boss should discuss it in a polite way and definitely not in front of the customers. It is always sad to see such attitudes towards employees even if they are the worst employees in the world.
