Ο Λιμένας Ζέας ή παλαιότερα Πασαλιμάνι είναι ο δεύτερος σε μέγεθος λιμένας του Πειραιά με σχήμα κυκλικό. Κατά την αρχαιότητα ήταν ο μεγαλύτερος πολεμικός λιμένας της Αθήνας, εκ των τριών: Ζέας, Μουνιχίας και Κανθάρου, (ο σημερινός κεντρικός), αλλά και του ελλαδικού χώρου γενικότερα, αφού περιελάμβανε τους περισσότερους νεώσοικους, και από τους άλλους δύο, (αναφέρονται 196), σε ακτινωτή διάταξη επί της παραλίας του. Ο λιμένας αυτός λεγόταν από τους αρχαίους Αθηναίους «Ζέα», όπως εξακριβώθηκε από επιγραφή, που βρέθηκε στο μυχό του λιμένα, προ της σημερινής πλατείας Κανάρη, και επί της οποίας υπήρχε το συμβόλαιο της «εν Ζέα Σκευοθήκης του Αττικού Ναυστάθμου». Ο λιμένας πήρε το όνομά του από το ομώνυμο δημητριακό. Ειδικότερα ο Ησύχιος παραδίδει την ακόλουθη ετυμολογία: «Ζέα, η Εκάτη παρ' Αθηναίοις και είς των εν Πειραιεί λιμένων ούτω καλούμενος από του καρπού της ζειάς, έχει δε ο Πειραιεύς λιμένας τρεις κλειστούς». Ο Ηρόδοτος (Β 36) αναφέρει ότι οι Αιγύπτιοι θεωρούσαν την ζειά ως δημητριακό ανώτερο από το σιτάρι και το κριθάρι. ΠΑΣΑΛΙΜΑΝΙ THE BEST POINT OF PIRAEUS. In antiquity it was the largest warship in Athens, of the three: Zeas, Munich and Kantharou (the current central one), but also in Greece in general, since it included most of the new settlers, and from the other two, (mentioned 196) , in a radial arrangement on its beach. This port was called by the ancient Athenians "Zea", as evidenced by an inscription, found in the innards of the port, in front of today's Kanari Square, and on which was the contract of the "in Zea Utensil of the Attic Naval Station". The port got its name from the homonymous cereal. In particular, Isichios delivers the following etymology: "Zea, Hekati, despite the Athenians and the ports in Piraeus, so called by the fruit of zeia, and the port of Piraeus has three closed". Είναι το δεύτερο σε μέγεθος λιμάνι του Πειραιά σε σχήμα κυκλικό. Η Ζέα η παλαιότερα Πασαλιμάνι σήμερα είναι το επίκεντρο της ψυχαγωγικής δραστηριότητας τού Πειραιά. Η παραλιακή οδός είναι γεμάτη με εστιατόρια, φαγάδικα, καφετέριες, ουζερί, μπαράκια και πολυκαταστήματα. Ένα από τα σημαντικά αξιοθέατα του Πειραιά είναι το πέτρινο ρολόι της Ζέας στην πράσινη νησίδα που βρίσκεται δίπλα από την πλατεία Κανάρη. Την μεταπολεμική περίοδο η περιοχή γύρω από το πέτρινο ρολόι ήταν για πολλά χρόνια ένας πασίγνωστος τόπος συνάθροισης και ραντεβού.
