★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We returned yesterday from Malia. We were staying in Pasiphae hotel for a week. The exterior and interior of the hotel are exactly like in the photographs - very stylish and modern. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels and linen changed every 3 days as promised. Although breakfast was the same every day, the food was tasty, and we weren't hungry. Yogurt deserves special respect. We were aware of the range of products (we didn't expect Turkish all inclusive), so we were totally ok. I was a bit afraid of the small shower area after reading the reviews, but we got used to it, and the bathroom itself is quite spacious.
You have to pay extra for the air conditioner, but kettle, hair dryer and fridge are for free.
The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful, you feel like at home. They were all happy to address our questions (recommeded a good place for a dinner, car rental, explained how to get to nearby cities) and they were very kind and friendly to our child.
We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend the place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel for a week. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The hotel exterior and interior were really nice too. Our room had a fridge, but didn’t have a hair drier and a kettle. Maybe we had to ask for them, but we didn’t actually need them much.
The shower indeed is pretty small but we got used to it. We also enjoyed our balcony and the view of the see in the far. The hotel was about 15 min walk to the beach. The breakfast was the same every day, but we were prepared for that. There are many nice places around where you can get a good bite for a reasonable price.
