The villa was an incredible experience. Truly an at-home feeling. Accomodations were great for 6 people.

Owner lives there as well (on first floor), pool and outside area are closed at 21.00 (9 PM) when its still light outside. In my 10 day trip I was moved for the last 2 days to different place, stinking, without pool, far from everything. Our engagement holidays were ruined and didn't get even refound or sorry.. Its not what I paid for..

The most beautiful villa in Zante! The host is 5 star. So incredibly welcoming, kind, helpful, accessible. Chris is just amazing. I can not recommend this place enough. If you go to Zante, you must stay here, you won't regret it! The views from the villa are so breathtaking. The villa is decorated so beautifully. Chris is willing to help or advise you with anything and everything. He even picked us up from the airport. He's just the best! I'd also highly recommend that you rent a car to get around the area as there are not many public transport options. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

1. Exceptional location ! First and foremost, PASITHEA is located next to the historical Venetian Castle, only 3 km distance from the Zakynthian harbor, and only 1,5 km from the center of the island, where you can grab your morning bread and coffee, from any local bakery, and walk alongside the coastal road, which crosses the city center! The view from the villa - and in general from Bohali - is mystical! Waking up with the warm pink light of the sunrise which floods in the living room area and the whole yard, seems like a dream . You have an impeccable view of the Ionian Sea up until the Peloponnian coasts! At night you can enjoy the moon and the stars, alongside the calm view of the vibrating city having, although, the privilege of quietness that is offered to you due to the neighborhood which hosts only local families in the nearby villas . 2. A beautiful luxurious and warm welcoming villa ! The house worths every single penny! Contemporary comfortable interiors with well selected decorating touches, offered us every amenity that we dreamed of for our special stay. Also, with a beautiful pool to enjoy !! As a company of 6 - with two under the age of 10 children - we enjoyed privacy amongst us, but also a safe for kids and delightful for all of us living space . 3. With friendly and attentive hosts ! Christos picked us up from the airport with a warm welcoming smile Offered us exciting informations (as well as some guided tours to the history and the contemporary culture of the island!). We felt that the hosts were there for us anytime we may need them, but also they were remarkably and subtly discreet! Overall an experience worth repeating !! A sincere thank you to Nikos & Christos for offering us such a stay in Zakynthos ! We hope (we dream) of coming back again and again !! ✨ You marked our summer memories and cannot wait to visit you again !!

What an amazing view! The villa is very stylish and modern and also ideal location, only 4-5' from downtown. Anything you need, just ask Chris! I highly recommend it.

The villa has a unique interior design with an endless view to the Ionian Sea. The pool..the facilities of the villa and the historical Bohali with the fortress are for sure the suitable destination for peaceful and relaxation just 2 minutes from the town. The owners are great hosts..always friendly and helpful in everything. Totally recommended for luxurious accommodation and holidays.

The villa and the owner, Christos, were both amazing. We stayed here in preparation for our wedding (us plus our bridal party) and had a blast. Chris was so accommodating, the villa is in an amazing location (5 mins from downtown by car so not in the craziness of the city), and was just so breathtaking. The photos online are exactly what it looks like. Plus, he surprised us and had the villa decorated for our wedding which was the sweetest gesture. He really made sure you felt at home- we will definitely be back! Thank you so much Christos (and family) for making our vacation and wedding amazing. See you soon! :)

Gorgeous, modern and super clean villa with everything you need. The location of the property was absolutely perfect. Amazing view, beautiful garden and lovely pool, exactly as shown in the pictures!! ...plus the host, Chris, was so helpful. He gave us great suggestions for the island and made us feel at home!! We would definitely recommend anyone to visit!! Brilliant place!!
