★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service and location! Manager told us that we should not expect to be treated nicely because we are not TOM HANKS (What???) . First of all, there is nobody at the reception to help us with anything and we were told to contact Teo (manager). Of course he did not respond on time. 1. No water or electricity on morning #2 2. We asked to rent a car - no response 3. We asked to get ice - got it on the last day (what a waste of ice) 4. We asked for taxis since the villa is on a cliff - no response Don't waste your time and book a nice hotel.

Each morning sunrise was a beautiful blessing. The staff showed us so much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teo and the rest of the team at Pasithea went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely wonderful. The villas themselves are lovely, and the group of 7 that I was traveling with was extremely comfortable for the duration of our trip. Teo was extremely communicative throughout our stay, and was an excellent host. There is also a daily cleaning service, which makes such a huge difference; and the cleaning crew was super flexible and accommodating of our schedule. The view from the villas is phenomenal. Although the villas are on the top of a steep hill so can be a bit of a hike, that did not at all put a damper on our stay. Although the town is technically walking distance, I would recommend booking a car service. We did so, and it made getting around a breeze (and not any more expensive than getting a taxi). I highly recommend staying at Pasithea Villas; we certainly plan on doing so again on our next trip.
