Αν και φοιτήτρια χωρίς καμία γνώση για την εν λόγω ζημιά που έπαθε το αμάξι μου ( απρόσμενα αυξημένη θερμοκρασία σε διάρκεια ταξιδιού ) μου εξήγησε το πρόβλημα και δεν εκμεταλλεύτηκε το γεγονός της άγνοιας μου . Εξαιρετική δουλειά, προσιτές τιμές και πάνω από όλα επαγγελματίας καθώς σε ώρα αυξημένης δουλειάς στο συνεργείο του με εξυπηρέτησε χωρίς ραντεβού!!! Thank you very much Mr. Alexis for the excellent service and the trust I felt in this team. Although a student without any knowledge of this damage to my car (unexpectedly high temperature during travel) explained the problem to me and did not take advantage of the fact of my ignorance. Έγινε επισης ζυγοστάθμιση τροχών και ευθυγράμμιση και δεν έχω ξαναδεί τόσο σταθερό το αμάξι μου!! Ευχαριστώ πολύ!! (Τώρα κατάλαβα γιατί όπου και αν ρώτησα μου πρότειναν τό συγκεκριμένο συνεργείο... κάτι ξέρουν....!! ) The problem of car temperature was solved immediately and economically with success !! Από τα πολύ λίγα συνεργεία στην Πάτρα που χαίρεσαι να επισκέπτεσαι όταν το αυτοκίνητό σου θέλει τον "γιατρό" του. Ο κ.Αλεξης είναι από τους ανθρώπους που αγαπάνε τη δουλειά τους και το βγάζουν προς τα έξω! Ουσα φοιτήτρια βολεύει πάρα πολύ που βρίσκεται δίπλα στο πανεπιστήμιο, καθώς η οποιαδήποτε βλάβη γίνεται άμεσα και πολύ οικονομικά, ενώ ταυτόχρονα η προθυμία όλου του προσωπικού να σου εξηγήσει τη ζημιά και να σου δώσει λύση σε σκλαβώνει! Δέχτηκε το αυτοκίνητό μου για τακάκια, δίσκους και αλλαγή λαδιών, απροειδοποίητα (ενώ το συνεργείο ήταν γεμάτο) και το είχαν έτοιμο σε μια ώρα! Απίστευτοι!!! Πολλά ευχαριστώ!!! Flawless, very helpful, friendly and above all professional! From Mr. Alexis to all the staff! One of the very few garages in Patras that you enjoy visiting when your car wants its "doctor". Mr. Alexis is one of the people who loves their job and takes it out! It's very convenient for a student to be next to the university, as any damage is done immediately and very economically, while at the same time the willingness of all the staff to explain the damage to you and give you a solution enslaves you! He accepted my car for pads, discs and oil change, unannounced (while the workshop was full) and they had it ready in an hour! Incredible !!! Many thanks!!!
D	DIONYSIS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο μονος που ασχοληθηκε με λεπτομερεια σε βαθος με το σοβαρο προβλημα στο πετρελαιοκινητο οχημα μου και ελυσε αποτελεσματικα και κυριως οικονομικα το αντικειμενικα δυσκολο προβλημα που σχεδον ακινητοποιησε το αυτοκινητο μου!! Εγινε σοβαρη δουλεια με καθαρισμο των προβληματικων εξαρτηματων και οχι αντικατασταση που μου προτειναν αντιπροσωπεια και αλλα συνεργεια…. Απολυτη εμπιστοσυνη!!! "Πρώτα ότι επηρεάζει την ασφάλεια του αυτοκινήτου, άσε τα λάδια τα λάστιχα θέλουν αλλαγή χθές" Δεν είμαι από Πάτρα , τα παιδιά πήραν τηλέφωνα και μου πρότειναν την καλύτερη επιλογή σε σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής και το κανόνισαν την ίδια μέρα Χρειάστηκαν αρκετά πράγματα και μου τα εξήγησαν όλα με υπομονή, μου έγραψαν αναλυτικά τι πρέπει να φροντίσω στο μέλλον με σειρά προτεραιότητας Όλο το προσωπικό ήταν προσιτό και πολύ φιλικό, ενώ τηρούνται μέτρα covid free! Ποιοτικές και γρήγορες υπηρεσίες σε πολύ καλές τιμές!! Ευχαριστώ πολύ για όλα!!!
