The food was ok, unfortunately the service was no so good as we expected - was indifferent, not very polite, and in the end with the check, they don’t bring us raki, “because there’s no clean glasses”. At the same time nexts tables had raki. I think that they definitely should improve their service immediately, otherwise their ratings go down rapidly. This time only 4 stars.

Favourite place in Crete! Really! We visited it here last year also! We’ve been in Chania, Rethimno, Agios Nikolaos, Sithia, etc. but this place in Marathi is must! Excellent, excellent food, fresh fish and seafood, good service! Strongly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant has a great view of the Marathi beach. The service was great as well as the food we had. I recommend this place if you are looking for fresh seafood. The stuff was very polite and they offered ice cream and coffee on the house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite beach Restaurants in this area, dishes perfectly presented, fresh catch of the day fishes, the bread is fantastic! Tye cheese cake so yumi!!! ???All what we have tried from the menu is delicious! Of course Lefteris make a difference with his friendly and sincere approach! 4 years in a road! And still keep going!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic taverna right on the beach in beautiful Marathi. Beautifully designed taverna with fantastic views but the best thing of course is the food. A good mix of traditional Cretan fayre but also a nice selection of unique specialised dishes. We had a chickpea salad with herbs and marinated salmon, sardines and fab fries. They bring you a very nice dessert with raki on the house too. The prices are extremely good to for this wonderful place. Go. You will enjoy it immensely.
