We agreed for an appointment at 9.30, i come over only to find his shop closed.
He tells me to come back later i wait for him in a nearby café Until 10.30. i text him again he tells me that he will not open his shop and that he has issues with his car. (he lied) i went to his shop and he was there cutting some other guy's hair. I ask him politely what about my appointment. He tells me another day because he has people. No apology, nothing. I even suggested that i can just wait for the guy to finish and then he can cut my hair. He didn't care and had 0 empathy . Anyone in my shoes would feel extremely disrespected. But as a foreigner i don't really to argue with people here.
Bottom line quite a bad experience. Taking my money elsewhere ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not often that you walk into a barber's shop for the first time and miles away from where you're from (Milwaukee, WI). I walked into Paul's barber shop (by chance) and I got one of the best haircuts ever! Not to mention that Paul (and his brother) made me feel right at home! ... and Paul sure knows his NBA basketball !!! Strongly recommend it... even if you are not exactly young in age (but perhaps young at heart). Thank you Paul !
