★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο Παύλος ήταν κάποτε ωραίο ζαχαροπλαστείο. Τα τελευταία χρόνια έχει χαλάσει αισθητά. Τα γλυκά του γίνονται πιο εφετζίδικα, αλλά από ουσία μάπα. Πήραμε πρόσφατα τούρτα αμυγδάλου, την οποία μάλιστα κάναμε παραγγελία για να μας την ετοιμάσουν, και δεν υπήρχε μέσα ίχνος από αμύγδαλο, ούτε καν εκείνη η ωραία βαριά κίτρινη κρέμα που έφτιαχνε παλιότερα, μόνο σαντιγί και λίγη κρέμα άσπρη, σαν σαπουνάδα με ζάχαρη. Το ίδιο και η τούρτα καραμέλα : υπερβολικά γλυκιά, ελαφριά σαν σαπουνάδα, άγευστη. Κρίμα..
