Με ενημέρωσαν πλήρως για τους πυροσβεστήρες απαντώντας στις ερωτήσεις που εκανα ώστε να επιλέξω εγώ το προϊόν που θα αγοράσω σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες μου. δεν προσπάθησαν να μου πουλήσουν κατι πιο ακριβό. Courtesy, service. I was fully informed about the fire extinguishers answering the questions I asked so that I could choose the product I would buy according to my needs. they did not try to sell me something more expensive.
Α	Ανδρέας Πρεμέτης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κατ εμέ είναι αντιεπαγγελματίες και εννοείται πως έχασαν 3 πελάτες με την αντιεπαγγελματικη συμπεριφορά τους και θα διευκρινίσω αμέσως τους λόγους! 1ον. Τους πήγαμε πυροσβεστήρα ο οποίος συμπλήρωνε 10 χρόνια. Μας είπαν οτι χρειάζεται αντικατάσταση. Ψάχνοντας στο ίντερνετ και βρίσκοντας τη σχετική νομοθεσία, προς έκπληξη μου διαπιστώνω ότι αυτό που έπρεπε να γίνει είναι να περάσει έναν συγκεκριμένο έλεγχο και όχι να αντικατασταθεί(αντικαθιστουνται στα 20 χρόνια). Όταν τους πήρα τηλ και τους έθεσα τα παράπονα μου, μου απάντησαν ότι αυτή είναι η γραμμή της εταιρίας τους(πράγμα που δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω από τη στιγμή που υπάρχει οικεία νομοθεσία). Και στο κάτω κάτω αν θες να κάνεις τα δικά σου, ενημέρωσε τον πελάτη τι προβλέπεται και τι προτείνεις εσύ σαν εταιρία.... Στην τηλ. επικοινωνία που είχαμε με ενημέρωσαν ότι τον συγκεκριμένο έλεγχο που έπρεπε να γίνει τον χρεώνουν 40€.Μετά από έρευνα διαπίστωσα ότι άλλες εταιρίες του είδους χρεώνουν τον αντίστοιχο έλεγχο 3-5€. Και πάμε στο 2ον και ποιο υποτιμητικό για τους ίδιους που θέλουν να λέγονται επαγγελματίες. Οταν τους ξανά κάλεσα για να μου δώσουν διευκρινίσεις για ποιο λόγο χρεώνουν τόσο ακριβά και με τόσο μεγάλη διαφορά τον ίδιο έλεγχο μου απάντησαν ότι αυτοί κάνουν πραγματικό έλεγχο ενώ οι άλλοι κολλάνε απλά αυτοκόλλητα χωρίς να κάνουν έλεγχο! Σημειωτέον δεν τους είπα ποιες ήταν οι άλλες εταιρίες αλλά αυτό που ήξεραν να κάνουν είναι να ρίξουν λάσπη για τους άλλους συναδέρφους τους!!! ΝΤΡΟΠΗ ΤΟΥΣ......για τη συμπεριφορά προς τους πελάτες τους και προς τους συναδέρφους τους! In my opinion, they are unprofessional and it goes without saying that they lost 3 clients with their unprofessional behavior and I will immediately clarify the reasons! 1st We gave them a fire extinguisher which was 10 years old. We were told that a replacement was needed. Searching the internet and finding the relevant legislation, to my surprise I find that what needed to be done is to pass a specific check and not be replaced (they are replaced in 20 years). When I called and complained to them, they told me that this was their company line (which I can not understand since there is legislation). And in the end, if you want to do your own thing, inform the customer what is provided and what you suggest as a company .... In the phone contact we had, they informed me that the specific check that had to be done is charged 40 €. research I found that other companies of the kind charge the corresponding check 3-5 €. And let's go to the 2nd and what a derogatory one for those who want to be called professionals. When I called them again to give me explanations why they charge so expensive and with such a big difference the same check they replied that they do real check while the others just stick stickers without checking! Note I did not tell them what the other companies were but what they knew how to do is to throw mud at their other colleagues !!! SHAME ON THEM ...... for the behavior towards their customers and towards their colleagues!
