★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sep' 2021: As a professional who has worked with some of the biggest names in the hospitality industry worldwide and as a vivid traveller - it is ultra rare to come across a place that leaves an enduring mark on your soul. "Paxinos" did that for me. It's not just a restaurant, it's an institution of hospitality, an exemplary example of a family run restaurant.
They have got it all - amazing food, great fitting and comforting ambience, good hygiene and above all - service that I would pay millions for to have employees like that - which are absent in the finest Michelin restaurants. Do I recommend it? Ahm... hell yeah, I wish I could eat there everyday! Their organic produce from their farms is extraordinary and they have the best olives in Corfu. And that grandma's cheesecake - simplicity at its finest, best cheesecake ever! Thanks and best wishes, we'll be back! - Mike.
