★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great variety and fair prices for paxos. Don t mistake it for the opposite bigger store with the large parking which is a total scam. No variety and 6 euros the fruit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well stocked market with wide range of goods. Friendly staff who are very patient with us 'only- english-speaking' Brits!! Very helpful with choices...and generous cheese tasting before you buy. Fab wine try the Mavrodafne red...like port but cheaper!! The staff are delightful and English is very good...always much better than our Greek!! What a friendly place..well worth a visit. Currently lazing on our sunny patio feasting on their fresh fruit, cheese and Mavrodafne... died and gone to heaven Paxos style

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners of the market were the owners of our accomodation. Very friendly and helpful. Not a huge selection, but plenty of what we needed for basic self catering. Fruit and vegetables were fresh. They were helpful in pointing out the local cheese and a handful of other local products that were much better priced than the imported items, we of course had wanted to try them, and cheaper too.
