★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν ήταν εφικτό να παραλάβω το δέμα μου και , όπως αναγράφεται στους όρους, πλήρωσα 6 ευρώ για τα μεταφορικά ούτως ή αλλιώς. Μολονότι δεν έχω ξαναδεί μαγαζί να απαιτεί το κόστος μεταφορικών ύστερα από αδυναμία παραλαβής, δεν με ενοχλεί αυτό. Ωστόσο, θεωρώ απαράδεκτο και εξαιρετικά αντιεπαγγελματικό τον τρόπο επικοινωνίας του μαγαζιού μαζί μου. Ο συντάκτης με ενημέρωσε πως μπορούν να αποδείξουν ότι εγώ είμαι υπεύθυνη για την μη παραλαβή του δέματος καθώς διαθέτουν στοιχεία και πως πρέπει να πληρώσω άμεσα. Σε διαφορετική περίπτωση θα στείλουν τα προσωπικά μου δεδομένα σε κάποιον νομικό συνεργάτη, ώστε να πληρώσω το ποσό των έξι ευρώ και ό,τι παραπάνω προκύψει από τις νομικές διαδικασίες. Ένα αστέρι για τις απειλές, οι οποίες αγγίζουν τα όρια του bullying. Ντροπή!
It was not possible to pick up my parcel and, as stated in the terms, I paid 6 euros for shipping anyway. Although I have never seen a store claim the shipping cost after not being able to pick it up, this does not bother me. However, I find it unacceptable and extremely unprofessional for the store to communicate with me. The author informed me that they can prove that I am responsible for the non-receipt of the parcel as they have information and that I must pay immediately. Otherwise they will send my personal data to a legal partner, so that I can pay the amount of six euros and all that arises from the legal proceedings. A star for the threats, which reach the limits of bullying. Shame!
