D	D.E. B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάκιστη εξυπηρέτηση, αν μπορούσα θα έβαζα μηδέν. Τους πήγα τον υπολογιστή μου την πρώτη φορά γιατί είχε βραχυκυκλώσει η μητρική. Μου έκαναν φορμάτ, έβαλαν Windows που μέσα σε ένα μήνα μου ζητούσαν ενεργοποίηση και όταν τους πήρα τηλέφωνο μου είπαν να τον πάω από εκεί και ότι δεν έχουν κλειδί να μου δώσουν. Επίσης ξαφνικά μετά το φορμάτ τους ο υπολογιστής αναγνώριζε μόνο τη μία από τις δύο RAM. Πάμε τώρα στη δεύτερη επίσκεψη. Τους αφήνω τον υπολογιστή στις 12 το μεσημέρι αφού τους έχω εξηγήσει το πρόβλημα, με παίρνουν τηλέφωνο στις 5.30 το απόγευμα να μου πουν ότι έφτιαξαν τον ήχο που είχε πρόβλημα και να με ρωτήσουν τι άλλο έχει ο υπολογιστής (ούτε καν συνεννοούνται μεταξύ τους) και μου λένε ότι θα τον ανοίξουν και θα με πάρουν να μου πουν το κόστος. Δεν με πήραν ποτέ. Τους πήρα τηλέφωνο το επόμενο πρωί (σήμερα) και ο υπάλληλος στο τηλέφωνο δεν είχε ιδέα. Πήγα πήρα τον υπολογιστή μου και όχι μόνον δεν δουλεύει ο ήχος που υποτίθεται ότι έφτιαξαν, αλλά ξαφνικά τρεμοπαίζει και η οθόνη. Τον υπολογιστή τον είχαν παρατημένο στο πάτωμα χωρίς την σακούλα του, την οποία δεν ήξεραν πού είχαν βάλει. Για κανέναν λόγο δεν θα απευθυνθώ ξανά στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα κι ας είναι δίπλα μου. Οι άνθρωποι είναι άσχετοι από όλες τις απόψεις. Good service, if I could put zero. I went to my computer the first time because my mother had short-circuited.
