Ο υπολογιστης μου βρήκε το γιατρό του!!!! Excellent and fast service at very good prices! I did not have any problems with the staff and I will definitely visit them again in the next breakdown! My computer found its doctor !!!!

Κι όχι μόνο αυτό, αλλά μετά προσπαθούσαν με αγενέστατο τρόπο να τη βγάλουν τρελή λέγοντάς της ότι το είχε παραδώσει χωρίς τη μπαταρία! Unacceptable! An acquaintance of mine took her laptop to have its screen repaired and it was returned to her without a battery! Not only that, but then they tried very hard to drive her crazy, telling her that she had delivered it without the battery!

He left the store with "I'll be back soon" paper and is missing at least 2.5 hours! Without a phone or any update for the time it will return! Unacceptable!
g	greco520 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αρχικά συγνώμη για το μακροσκελές του μηνύματος. Πήγα το drone μου εκεί ένα Σαββάτο με βλάβη στη κάμερα. Την Τετάρτη τους καλώ να ρωτήσω αν έγινε διάγνωση και μου λένε: "Δεν έχει γίνει διάγνωση ακόμα, από βδομάδα". Την επόμενη Τετάρτη δεν απαντούν στο τηλέφωνο οπότε πηγαίνω από εκεί και με ενημερώνουν ότι ο υπεύθυνος λείπει, το drone είναι ανοιγμένο για διάγνωση (πολύ αμφιβάλλω) και θα ενημερωθώ για τη βλάβη και το κόστος επισκευής. Όπως φαντάζεστε δεν δέχτηκα τηλέφωνο ποτέ και πήγα το Σάββατο έχοντας χάσει κάθε ελπίδα για εύρεση λύσης, να πάρω το drone. Ο υπεύθυνος μου είπε ότι το ανταλλακτικό κοστίζει 60-70€ και είναι δύσκολη δουλειά, λες και αν ήταν εύκολη δεν θα την έκανα μόνος!!! Τζάμπα έχασα 2 βδομάδες με τα μαστοριά που οι δυνατότητες τους φτάνουν σε αλλαγές καρτών γραφικών όπως φαίνεται... Initially sorry for the lengthy message. As you can imagine, I never received a phone call and I went on Saturday, having lost all hope of finding a solution, to take the drone. The person in charge told me that the spare part costs 60-70 € and it is a difficult job, as if it were easy I would not do it alone !!! Jamba I lost 2 weeks with the craftsmanship whose capabilities reach changes in graphics cards as it seems ...
S	Simon V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γράφω πρώτη φορά κριτική σε εταιρία χωρίς να μου ζητηθεί. Αυτό γιατί διάβασα κάποιες κριτικές που πιστεύω αδικούν τα παιδιά. Έχω χρησιμοποιήσει την επιχείρηση 3 φορές και τις 3 έμεινα απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος. Σωστή ενημέρωση, καλές τιμές και επαγγελματισμός . Τώρα με το covd 19 δεν τους βρήκα και γώ κανα δυο φορές αλλά ξέρω οτι πάνε πόρτα πόρτα. Αυτά This is the first time I have written a review of a company without being asked. This is because I read some reviews that I think are unfair to children. I have used the company 3 times and on 3 I was completely happy. Correct information, good prices and professionalism. Now with covd 19 I did not find them and I go a couple of times but I know that they go door to door. That's all
Χ	Χρηστος Γεωργιαδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα το κινητό μου το οποίο είχε παραμορφωθεί εντελώς από πτώση (σπασμένη οθόνη, είχε γίνει κυρτό, δεν λειτουργούσαν κάμερα, ηχείο, υποδοχή φορτιστή) κ φυσικά δεν άνοιγε καθόλου η οθόνη. Με άλλα λόγια είχα χάσει κάθε ελπίδα από φωτογραφίες κ επαφές που ήταν αποθηκευμένες στο κινητό κ όχι στην κάρτα μνήμης. Οχι όμως κ για τον Γιώργο (ο υπεύθυνος του καταστήματος). Το πήρε το έριξε μια ματιά, κ ο άνθρωπος μου το έκανε καινούργιο. Μέσα σε μια εβδομάδα το κινητό ήταν ολοκαίνουργιο απ'όλες τις πλευρές κ το κυριότερο δεν χάθηκε καμιά φωτογραφία κ επαφή. I went to my mobile phone which had been completely deformed by a fall (broken screen, it had become convex, camera, speaker, charger socket were not working) and of course the screen did not open at all. In other words, I had lost all hope of photos and contacts stored on my cell phone and not on my memory card. But not for George (the store manager). He took it, took a look, and my man made it new. Within a week the mobile phone was brand new from all sides and most importantly no photo or contact was lost.
Σ	Σωτήρης Πιτέλης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση! Έχω πάει στα παιδιά το λαπτοο μου με 2-3 διαφορετικά προβλήματα hardware κατά καιρούς, λόγω κακής κατασκευής. Κάθε φορά η επισκευή ήταν γρήγορη και αποτελεσματικότατη. Ειδικά αυτές τις μέρες, τους πήγα το λαπτοπ με ένα σοβαρό θέμα και κατάφεραν να το επιδιορθώσουν τρομερά γρήγορα για να μη μείνω χωρίς υπολογιστή για το τριήμερο της καθαράς Δευτέρας. Excellent service! I have given my laptop to children with 2-3 different hardware problems from time to time, due to poor construction. Each time the repair was fast and very efficient. Especially these days, I took their laptop with a serious issue and they managed to fix it terribly quickly so as not to run out of computer for the three days of Net Monday.
