★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη η εξυπηρέτηση και η συμπεριφορά του υπαλληλου στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο υγείας. Από ότι φάνηκε ο ανθρωπος δεν ήθελε ούτε να κάνει τη δουλεία του και να εξυπηρετησει, ούτε είχε στοιχειώδεις τρόπους ευγενείας.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν πας 8.20 για εξετάσεις αίματος έχεις πάρει πόδι... εννοείται βέβαια ότι όταν πήγαμε εμείς μας είπαν ότι είχε χαλάσει κάποιο μηχάνημα κ δε μπορούσαν να εξυπηρετήσουν...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21/4 40 λεπτά σε γραμμή προτεραιότητα για να κάνω μια ερώτηση αν υπάρχει καρδιολόγος. Βέβαια ξέχασα Ότο είναι Μ. Πέμπτη και ότι τα παιδιά μπορεί να έχουν φύγει για 6 ήμερο. Εγώ όμως πληρώνω για παροχές από το σύστημα υγειας
21/4 40 minutes on priority line to ask a question if there is a cardiologist. Of course I forgot that it is Maundy Thursday and that the children may have left for 6 days. But I pay for benefits from the health system

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στο διοικητικό που πήγα, εξυπηρετήθηκα άμεσα. Η κυρία στην γραμματεία ( ας με συγχωρέσει για το λίγο παχουλή ) - δυστυχώς δεν γνωρίζω το όνομα της - ήταν πολύ ευγενής και εξυπηρετική.
Εύγε ! υπάρχουν και δημόσιοι υπάλληλοι που κάνουν σωστά την δουλειά τους.
