Παρά πολύ άσχημη στάση. Εννοείται επέλεξα διαφορετικό ιππικό ομιλο. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά!!! AGENESTATO staff. The lady I talked to phone for information cried and spoke badly throughout the debate with extreme irony. Despite very bad attitude. It goes without saying that I chose a different equestrian group. Unacceptable behavior !!!
M	Maria St on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρωτοφανής αγένεια στο τηλέφωνο. Κανένας επαγγελματισμος. Θεωρούν ότι σου κάνουν χάρη που απαντάνε!!! Αν στην επικοινωνία φέρονται έτσι στο μάθημα άραγε τι κάνουν???? Unprecedented rudeness on the phone. No professionalism. They think that they are doing you a favor by answering !!! If in communication they behave like this in the lesson, what do they do ????

Στη μία ώρα μαθήματος μας άφησαν και μόνους μας να καθοδηγήσουμε το άλογο χωρίς τη βοήθεια των εκπαιδευτών, το οποίο μας άρεσε αρκετά φυσικά! Ωστόσο θα επιθυμούσα σίγουρα κάποια καλύτερη μεταχείριση των πελατών μέσω τηλεφώνου. Η αλήθεια ειναι πως δεν έμεινα αρκετά ευχαριστημένη από αυτό το κομμάτι. ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ! Αν πάτε στον όμιλο χρησιμοποιώντας GPS, προσέξτε να βάλετε το χάρτη να σας πάει μέσα από τη νέα Ραιδεστό. Μπορεί να μη σας βγαζει καν την διαδρομή σαν προτεινόμενη απ τη νεα Ραιδεστό, αλλά κάντε το χειροκίνητα. Αν δεν το κάνετε, θα βρεθείτε μέσα σε κάτι χωράφια!! The equestrian club as a place is very beautiful! In one hour of class we were left alone to guide the horse without the help of trainers, which we liked quite naturally! However I would definitely like some better customer treatment over the phone. The truth is that I was not happy enough with this piece. CAUTION! If you go to the group using GPS, be sure to put the map to take you through the new Redesto. It may not even work for you as suggested by the new Redesto, but do it manually. Ειρωνικός, δεν ήθελε να εξυπηρετήσει, και στο τέλος μου έκλεισε το τηλέφωνο. Αισθάνεται κανείς ότι τους παρακαλάει για να κάνει μάθημα! Such rudeness is rare! Ειχα μαθημα μια μερα που εβρεχε συνεχως. πηρα τηλ να επιβεβαιωσω οτι δε θα γινει το μαθημα και μου λεει η "κυρια" οτι ψιλοβρεχει εδω και θα γινει κανονικα. της απανταω οτι δεν μπορω να διακινδυνεψω να ρθω μες τη βροχη απο δυτικα στα ανατολικα. θυμωσε και μου εκλεισε το τηλεφωνο. την επομενη που πηγα το χωμα ηταν υγρο. το αλογο με το ζορι κουνιοταν και οταν παω να κλεισω το χαμενο μου μαθημα μου λεει οτι αφου δεν ενημερωσα 2 μερες νωριτερα το εχω χασει. 1ον τηλεφωνικα δεν μου το ειπε ΠΟΤΕ αυτο, οτι θα χασω το μαθημα, 2ον σιγα μην κινδυνευα να ρθω μεσ τη βροχη και 3ον μπορω να φανταστω πως θα ηταν το χωμα... ειχα σκοπο να συνεχισω τα μαθηματα αλλα σιγα μην δωσω λεφτα σε τετοιους "επαγγελματιχαχαχ".. κριμα γιατι ο φωτης ειναι μια χαρα δασκαλος.... Στον Πήγασο-ΙΟΚΑΛ έχουμε βρει όλες τις κατάλληλες προϋποθέσεις σταβλισμου όπως και το πιο ανθρώπινο περιβαλλον από τους περισσότερους ομίλους που έχουμε επισκεφθεί. Ευχαριστούμε την κ. Μαριάννα, τον εξαιρετικό Θωμά, όπως και όλο το φιλότιμο προσωπικό. Ευχόμαστε τα καλύτερα!!! My daughter has been riding for many years, in the field of equestrian endurance and we own a horse. In Pegasus-IOKAL we have found all the suitable housing conditions as well as the most humane environment from most of the groups we have visited.
