Very nice rooms with all the necessary things inside, in the center of the island !! Clean and comfortable, everything you need for our vacation !!
I	Ifigenia Chatzopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ανύπαρκτη καθαριότητα, έξι μέρες στο δωμάτιο και δεν άλλαξαν ποτέ σεντόνια καθώς επίσης η καθαριστρια δεν τηρουσε τα μέτρα υγιεινης και έκανε πασαλιμα στο "καθάρισμα ". Η τουαλέτα δεν είχε στεφάνι και η κουρτίνα του μπάνιου ήταν τόσο κοντη που όλα τα νερά έβγαιναν έξω και όταν ζητήσαμε πατακι δεν μας έφεραν ποτέ καθώς και πετσέτες έπρεπε να ζητήσουμε εμείς για να μας τις αλλάξουν. Τέλος μας έδιωξαν πιο νωρίς από την ώρα του check out γιατι υποτίθεται έφτασαν νωρίτερα οι επόμενοι ενώ δεν είδαμε κανέναν στην είσοδο No cleaning, six days in the room and never changed sheets as well as the cleaner did not observe the hygiene measures and did a lot of "cleaning". The toilet did not have a wreath and the curtain of the bathroom was so short that all the water came out and when we asked for a mat they never brought it to us and we had to ask for towels to change them. Finally we were kicked out earlier than check out because the next ones were supposed to arrive earlier while we did not see anyone at the entrance

Καθαρό και προσεγμένο, σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά. Pelican House enjoys a beautiful location in Skiathos Town, a short distance from Plakes Beach, Papadiamantis House and Port. Clean and neat, we will definitely choose it again.
M	Mamas Mavridis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ωραίος και καθαρός χώρος , στο κέντρο του νησιού , όλα είναι 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Για την τιμή προσφέρει πολλά πράγματα. Το wifi κάποιες φορές δεν έπιανε αλλά μόλις αναφέραμε το πρόβλημα είχε τοποθετηθεί ενισχυτικό στο σήμα οπότε και λειτουργούσε άψογα. Υπήρχε κλιματιστικό, σεσουάρ για τα μαλλιά, και τα είδη του μπάνιου (σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρο). Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Very nice and clean place, in the center of the island, everything is 5 minutes walk. For the price it offers many things. The wifi sometimes did not work but as soon as we mentioned the problem an amplifier was placed in the signal so it worked perfectly. There was air conditioning, hair dryer, and toiletries (shampoo, shower gel). I highly recommend it.
G	GRE Ghost on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ανύπαρκτο WiFi παρόλο που αναφερόταν στα παρεχόμενα. 6 μέρες δεν φιλοτημηθηκαν να μας αλλάξουν ούτε μια πετσέτα, βρώμικα σεντόνια από την πρώτη μέρα που πήγαμε και τα μαξιλάρια από κόκκινα είχαν γίνει κίτρινα λόγω βρωμιάς. Επιπλέον το ψυγείο ήταν γεμάτο στάμπες από ξέραμενα φαγητά. Το μόνο θετικό ήταν ότι βρισκόταν πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο. Non-existent WiFi even though it referred to the provided. For 6 days we did not want to change a single towel, dirty sheets from the first day we went and the red pillows had turned yellow due to dirt. In addition, the refrigerator was full of prints of dried food. The only positive thing was that it was very close to the center.
k	kostas karavasilis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά πιθανόν ότι χειρότερο υπάρχει από κατάλυμα στην Σκιάθο.Με γραπτό μήνυμα από τό γραφείο μας ενημέρωσαν ότι το tsek in θα γινόταν μέχρι τις 13:00 το μεσημέρι, φτάνοντας στις 13:00 η υπεύθυνη κοπέλα μας είπε ότι μέχρι τις 14:30 θα είναι έτοιμο, επιστρέψαμε στις 14:30 και φυσικά και πάλι δεν ήταν έτοιμο.Σε τηλ.επικοινωνια σε κιν.τηλ.που μας έδωσε η υπεύθυνη με το γραφείο ο πράκτορας μας είπε ότι η καθυστέρηση οφείλεται σε σχολαστικό και λεπτομερή καθαρισμό λόγω covid,η καθαρίστρια ήρθε στις 15:00 και στις 15:20 μας είπε ότι είναι έτοιμο (εικοσαλεπτος καθαρισμός). Περιμέναμε μία ώρα περίπου στον δρόμο μαζί με τα παιδιά. Στις παροχές αναφερόταν wi.fi. φυσικά δεν υπήρχε, καθώς και T.V. (εικοσιπενταετίας πού δεν λειτουργούσε).Στο ψυγείο υπήρχαν τρίχες και στο μπάνιο δεν υπήρχε καπάκι τουαλέτας και σπασμένο σιφόν. Και έκανε συνέχεια παρατηρήσεις για το πώς θα ανοίγουμε και θα κλείνουμε την αυλοπορτα!!! Συν του ότι δεν έμπαιναν για να καθαρίσουν. Unacceptable! The lady commented on when we will turn on and when we will turn off the bathroom light so that we do not burn electricity. And he kept making remarks about how we will open and close the gate !!! Plus they did not come in to clean.
