Είναι αναγκαία μια βασική τυπικότητα και αντίστοιχος τόνος. Δεν μιλάμε σαν να είναι η ξαδέρφη μας ο πελάτης. Δεν σε υποτιμά το να τον ΄΄εξυπηρετείς΄΄ με ευγενικό τρόπο, αντιθέτως.
