★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα δωμάτια ενοικιαζονται το χειμώνα ανα μήνα για τους φοιτητές και εκει λοιπόν έχω τις ωραιοτερες αναμνησεις από το ονειρικό μπαλκονάκι. Σκοπεύω να γυρίσω για διακοπές στη Πρέβεζα και σίγουρα θα κλείσω και πάλι εκει. Μεγάλα άνετα δωμάτια, ήταν πάντα καθαρά ακόμα και όταν δε περιμεναν τουρίστες. Κάποια σχόλια περιγράφουν τους ιδιοκτήτες ως αδιαφορους, δεν είναι έτσι, είναι απλά στάση ζωής τους η ηρεμία. Ποτε δεν ενοχλησαν για ενοικια-λογαριασμους τίποτα απόλυτα διακριτικοί και ωραίοι. Νομίζω πως έχει από τις καλύτερες τοποθεσίες στη Πρέβεζα εαν μελλοντικά προχωρήσει σε αναβαθμιση κτηριακη θα είναι όνειρο.
 The rooms are rented in winter per month for the students and there I have the most beautiful memories from the dreamy balcony. I plan to return for a vacation in Preveza and I will definitely book there again. Large comfortable rooms were always clean even when tourists were not waiting. Some comments describe the owners as indifferent, it is not so, it is just their way of life calm. They never bothered for rent-accounts anything completely discreet and nice. I think it has one of the best locations in Preveza, if in the future it proceeds with a building upgrade, it will be a dream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όλα ήταν τέλεια! Ήδη έχουμε συστήσει το κατάλυμα στους φίλους μας και συγγενείς μας. Το συστήνουμε και σε εσάς! ΤΟΠΟΘΕΣΙΑ ΥΠΈΡΟΧΗ.. βγαίνοντας στο μπαλκόνι η ψυχή σου γαληνευει αντικρυζοντας τον πανέμορφο κήπο και το γαλάζιο της θάλασσας. Στον κήπο, το πρωί μπορείς να απολαύσεις τον καφέ σου και το πρωινό σου ή το ποτό σου το βραδάκι, σε ένα ειδυλλιακό τοπίο. Ευρύχωρα δωμάτια με ξεχωριστή κουζίνα. Πολύ κοντά στην πόλη. ΦΙΛΟΞΕΝΙΑ ΚΑΤΑΠΛΗΚΤΙΚΉ .. μακάρι όλοι οι οικοδεσπότες να ήταν όπως την κυρία Κατερίνα και τον κύριο Αλέξανδρο! Τους ευχαριστούμε πολύ!
Everything was perfect! We have already recommended the accommodation to our friends and relatives. We recommend it to you too! WONDERFUL LOCATION .. going out on the balcony your soul calms down facing the beautiful garden and the blue sea. In the garden, in the morning you can enjoy your coffee and your breakfast or your drink in the evening, in an idyllic landscape. Spacious rooms with separate kitchen. Very close to the city. WONDERFUL HOSPITALITY .. I wish all the hosts were like Mrs. Katerina and Mr. Alexandros! Thank you very much!
