Με τον κορωνοιο και με ένα ατύχημα του τεχνίτη κάναμε να πάρουμε πίσω το δαχτυλίδι μήνες!! Το δαχτυλίδι είχε ακόμα διχρωμιες.. κακή εξυπηρέτηση, αισθανόμαστε εξαπατημενοι. Προσοχή σε όλους όσους θέλουν να ψωνίσουν από εκεί. Υπάρχουν και καλύτερης ποιότητας κοσμήματα χρυσά και fo bijoux
I got a gold monolith which in 2 days my wife noticed two colors in gold ... we took it to the store. With the crown and with an accident of the craftsman we made to take back the ring for months !! The ring was still two-tone ... bad service, we feel cheated. Beware of anyone who wants to shop from there. There are also better quality gold and fo bijoux jewelry

Η ποιότητα δεν είναι τρομερή,παρά τις τσιμπημένες τιμές.
Στο προσωπικό δε, πρέπει να κάνουν σεμινάρια για να τους μάθουν συμπεριφορά προς τους καταναλωτές ώστε να τους δίνουν την στοιχειώδη εξυπηρέτηση.
Με μόνο έναν πελάτη στο μαγαζί (ο 2ος ήμουν εγώ) αδιαφόρησε παντελώς να με εξυπηρετήσει και μου είπε να κάνω υπομονή ενω ήδη περίμενα 15 λεπτά.
Φυσικά και αποχώρησα και δε νομίζω να ξαναπάω μετά από την τόσο σνομπ συμπεριφορά.
